Breakfast & After School Club

If you wish for your child(ren) to attend the Breakfast Club and/or the After School Club, please complete the Google form in the link below.
Please note the following:

• You should complete one form for each child that you would like to register.
• You should allow two school days for your registration to be completed.
• You will not be able to book sessions until your registration is complete.
• A new form must be completed each year. You will be prompted do to this.
